The problem
The business kept three paper books: a ledger for each party, a daily sales and cash register, and a balance register grouped by village. Every balance was worked out by hand.
What was built
An app that mirrors all three books and works fully offline, with optional cloud sync. Alongside it, an online shop with customer accounts and an admin portal.
What it does
01One row per party per day, like the paper ledger, with sales by the pack and round-offs
02Bills shared as an image or PDF, each with a unique number, and PDF statements for any party
03Accounts export to Excel or PDF for any period
04Works without a network, keeps daily copies, and syncs to the cloud only if it is set up
05Online shop: customer accounts, orders, cash or UPI on delivery and Razorpay, with an append-only audit log for the admin
What we did
Design and development of both apps, shaped by feedback from the people who run the business.
